Despite the name of my site, I’m not into astrology. I couldn’t really tell you anything about the Signs or what they mean. I’m also not into Deep Space, and although I’ve read a lot about the Hubble and nebulas…I don’t really understand much about it. I do, however, love the Night Sky. I love the big dome of stars that you can fall into while laying on the lawn at 2 in the morning.

I began a love affair with Astronomy about five years ago, when I discovered that meteor showers occur on a regular basis all year long. The night time is so peaceful, and the stars are so beautiful. Laying under them refills my soul, wakes up my imagination. I would imagine that the vision of the Night Sky is to me, like music is to many other people. It just resonates somewhere inside. I’m a night-owl at heart and I love shiny things in general…so all the stars and planets as they rotate throughout the heavens became a natural obsession for me.
